• All payments are processed through a secure, third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
• Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available at our discretion.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as noted on our website at the time of purchase.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the following conditions apply:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
• Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a return and send the correct item at no additional cost.
• Unopened Items: Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.

Product Safety & Candle Care

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to follow all safety guidelines provided. Lumivara Candle is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.
• Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep wicks trimmed to ¼ inch before each use.
• Discontinue use when only ½ inch of wax remains.
• Do not use water to extinguish a candle flame — use a candle snuffer.
• Room and body sprays are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
• Car diffusers should be placed securely to avoid spilling. Do not place near heat vents or in direct sunlight for extended periods.
