Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Section 01

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, we begin preparing your order for shipment. Please allow the following processing time before your order is handed to the carrier:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday โ€“ Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

After your order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier, please allow the following transit times for delivery:

Transit time begins the day your order is picked up by the carrier, not the day your order is placed. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping estimates are calculated from the date of carrier pickup, not the date of purchase.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.
  • Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
  • Lumivara Candle is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been picked up.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier and is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
  • You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
  • If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • All orders ship from Miramar, FL 33029.
  • International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Delays & Shipping Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, there are circumstances outside of our control that may cause delays, including:

  • High volume shipping periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier service disruptions or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer
  • Customs delays (if applicable)

Lumivara Candle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Package Not Moving?

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow the steps below:

  • Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • Lost Package: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and around your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: Lumivara Candle is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

No Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Lumivara Candle products. All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, scent profiles, and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at [email protected] โ€” we're happy to help!

Exceptions โ€” the only cases where we will offer a resolution:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives visibly damaged or broken, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received a different item than what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
  • Defective Product: If a product is defective due to a manufacturing issue (not normal wear or improper use), contact us within 7 days for review.
